A short distance from the river weed harvester I spied these willow harvesters moored beneath a tree on the river bank.
I still find myself amazed at the stability of the bamboo rafts used in China such as this one being used by a man harvesting river weed.
In today's scene you see three water buffalo grazing by the side of the Li River. In the distance, the karst limestone peaks emerge from the haze.
One of the benefits of cruising the Li River, or any river for that matter where you can get out of the cabin, is the way the landscape just slides on by.
