When I was scanning my library of images the other day I skimmed past this shot of the swirling waters in the outflow of the Hoover Dam generating units. It's a shot taken with my Canon 75-300mm
In my earlier shot looking down the face of the Hoover Dam it's a detail of the surface of the water between the two generator buildings.
Without having said what this was an image of, it's difficult to know. It could just as easily be a shot of some metamorphosed rock or perhaps the bark of a tree.
