Today's photo is of another cormorant fisherman, heading off to his chosen fishing location.
Unlike the cormorant fisherman in my previous photo, this one is increasing his odds of success by carrying a fishing net.
Also, he's not punting his bamboo raft. Instead, he appears to be paddling it. I still think one has to have a great ability to balance to maneuver these rafts. While the river might be relatively calm, there are the wakes from the passing boats that have to be rode and every time I saw one of these rafts in motion, the people on them were standing up.
